Not allegedly-they planing that for sure! A terrorist attack last year at 3am.on sleeping City ( with support of Usa and Israel -terrorist states instructors) point to posibly new terror acts, not only in S.Ossetia but in Abkhazia and in Russia! Shaakasvili conections with Chechen and other terrorist groups from the past are well documented! Their policy and statesments today fail to take, a full and sole quilt for the war and commited war crimes agains civil population, point clearly to that...The only q: is will they be able to deliver? Sorry to say, but in my opinion they will deliver- somehow -in the future! If something like that happend(I hope Im wrong) Russia shall overrun Shaakashvili regime (Georgian nation can not change their policy with this man in power) without mercy, and bring Shaakashvili and his government to court to face a justice for commited war crimes, and punish them in accord to law...
