Mr. Tsonev is talking from both sides of the mouth and one side does not know what other is saying. On one site he states that Palestinians now are the most educated Arabs in Middle East. Stating that parents were able to send them to the best schools. (Thats I believe, I have always said the Palestinians are the new Jews of Middle East, smart, educated and success driven. The West Bank has 7% growth rate, most of the Middle East countries are in negative territory). With the other side of the mouth, he puts out the  standard "wellfare propaganda" of  both UN and native politicians. The Gaza, West Bank and Israel too, should throw out these self serving politicians, NGO's and UN types and sit together how to live together - there is allways win-win resolutions available, once you take politics and religion out of it
