Football: Russia face England in crucial Euro qualifier
Published 12 Sep, 2007 14:00 | Updated 12 Sep, 2007 18:00Thousands of Russian fans are in London for Wednesday's crucial qualifier against England at Wembley Stadium. The match is vital for both teams in their efforts to qualify for Euro-2008.
Croatia is currently at the top of Group E. Russia is second with England one point behind.
It could be a close match as both England and Russia won their previous qualifiers beating the opposition 3-0.
The Russians are looking to seriously dent England’s chances of qualifying for Euro 2008, being held in Austria and Switzerland.
