Fireworks blast kills three in Siberia

(1.1Mb) embed videoThree people have been killed in a blast at a dock yard in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. The explosion went off in a fireworks warehouse, where up to 400 kilograms of pyrotechnics were kept.
Experts are trying to discover what caused the blast.
The incident comes as the Russian government is preparing a draft law regulating the fireworks market.
It is hoped the new law will limit the number of low-quality fireworks in the country and prevent their misuse.
