Sarah, you're absolutely right, the process of this nomination is a shame : 1/ It has been a internal negociation, trading nominations for arrangements 2/ The candidates wasn't even known before! I'm sure Mr Von Rompuy is competent considering what he've done in Belgium but there is no way this happen like that next time!
