In a real democratic society such privilege should not exist. Government officials can be escorted by police motorcycles. The others are mostly rich phony peoples, believing to be superior to the average citizen and playing officials. Now in Russia; like in many capitalist states, money make all the difference. BAD, BAD, BAD ! Sincerely...JCM ;
