Russia’s Supreme Court has asked the Constitutional Court to clarify whether the ban on capital punishment should be lifted on January 1, 2010.

Which sentient being on earth begins the thousand mile journey with the single step? Do the transnationals actually have a monopoly on insanity - ir does not appear this idea has been evolved, yet.
