4 killed, 5 injured in a blast in Russia’s republic of Dagestan

At least four people have been killed in a car bomb explosion outside a cafe in Russia's republic of Dagestan. Five others have been injured.
The car was parked beside the cafe on the outskirts of Khasavyurt for several hours before the explosives detonated.Investigators are working to identify those behind the attack. The blast took place at around 5 pm GMT (19:50 Moscow time) on Friday, January 14.
