Greece talks up prospects as marathon debt talks drag on

Last-ditch debt write-off talks between Athens and its creditors appear to be nearing a conclusion, Greek officials say. Negotiations will continue on Saturday after sides failed to reach an agreement during late-night talks on Friday.

Greece rules out leaving angry eurozone

Greek officials say they have no plans to quit the single currency. Instead, Athens pledges to find means to qualify for the second rescue package of 109 billion euro bailout agreed by eurozone leaders in July.

Greek riot police have used tear gas to disperse the crowd of raging rioters throwing petrol bombs and stones. Greece is at a standstill once again, with people venting their anger at more cuts, which the EU is demanding in return for vital funds.

It is amazing to watch how the EU is in fact totally impotent “union” to resolve the problem but instead push harder and watch the people of Greece suffer for already two years. The people got nothing to do with what the bankers and politicians created, but are those who suffer for their faults.

All that so some investor can keep their investements healthy, who owns those bonds anyways, i'm very very curious about that, where's the list ? who are these foreign investors anyways ?
