Tim Wilson, climate and trade union director, Institute of public affairs, believes that there should be an agreement that works for every country in the world.

“What’s really important that people understand that any outcome from this conference needs to recognize the importance of development,” Wilson told RT. “There is a real reef between the rich and poor world about the importance of the issue and how to combat it.”
