Collective Security Organization concerned over U.S. anti-missiles in E. Europe

At the session of the Organization in St. Petersburg, officials from the five member-states – Russia, Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan – voiced concerns over the U.S. plans to deploy missile systems in Eastern
Commenting on the issue, the Russian State Duma Speaker, Boris Gryzlov, stressed that “As members of the Parliamentary Assembly, we are concerned about the situation. But we also see that citizens of all Europe, rather than only residents of the countries where anti-ballistic missile systems are to be deployed, are concerned about the fact. I think that such a decision contradicts the security in the European region rather than is aimed at providing it”.Organization will soon release the statement on the issue, mentioned Gryzlov.
