That's it! Ignore evidence that is contrary to your views just to impose silly laws and stifle our burgeoning economy during the Biggest economic crisis since the Great Depression! All to satisfy this globalist demand which has a hidden agenda of global taxation and governance. I smell TREASON! I support the president, but this is a complete about face with him entering the realm of selling Russia's interests to global coffers. Investigations and debates are needed. NOW!

What I understand from Medvedev's speach is that each country needs to proceed and do its share for the environment. I see not harm in trying to clean up the air we breathe. I hope that the attention will also be directed to the drinkable water, soil and oceans. But the "fund", that is another story alltogether. 100 billion from US? Where on earth can he find this money? Where? We cannot save homeowners who have been paying their homes for decades, just to lose them now. And the stupid, greedy and malicious banks are more then happy to disposses the homeowner who has lost the good paying job and is now earning less. Having then put on the street this homeowner who has already paid up the good chunk of his home, the bank is then more then happy to sell this same house to somebody else, at a much lower price. For example, if the original owner still owed 250,000 on a house that was once valued at 350,000, the bank would not revalue the property for this person! He is expected to pay full 250,000. Now, the house will be sold for 150,000 on the market to somebody else. Why not then keep the current owner, and adjust the loan to the market value of 150,000? At that loan rate, the current owner would be able to pay comfortably. Of course the banks will not do that. By tossing the owner out they claim 250,000 in losses. Their taxes have been adjusted accordingly. In the SAVINGS FROM THE TAXES RIGGED IN THIS MANNER, BANKS ARE NOW PAYING OFF THE MONEY GIVEN THEM BY THE FED. They are actually just having INCENTIVE to foreclose, cried poor and got the tax breaks by the Best-Congress-the-Money-Can-Buy, and left millions to pay for their accounting tricks. And using this blood money, they are going to "repay" the taxpayer for giving them the billions? Fools, that is all we are, big fools. That is how the billions will be given to "poor" countries. First, extract from them the living breath, then "give" them a fraction back.

It transpired that data which support current theory about global warming come from taxi driver, who was attending conference"War is Peace" in Oslo.

The office holders {not leaders} that attended the fraudulant climate summit must be voted out of office, where possible. Granted, some are dictators and cannot be voted out of office, but every effort should be made by the working people of the world to stop this kind of swindling/theiving from citizens of the world. How can a "motor mouth" politician commit/obligate his country to pay out one hundred billion dollars to this scam when the country is already bankrupt. There is no trust or honor among the "money changer owned politicians" who are betraying their own people to grease the palms of the special interest billionairel. We cannot depend on our main stream news media to do the right thing because they are owned and controlled by billionaires. The winds of treason are blowing from OSLO.

As I said preiously, it should have been a conference on human behavior rather than clmat's changes. Anyhow, Mr Medvedev's promiss sound good. The whole World knows that we must behave differently and take conscience of some very disturbing realities. One person said: Where the money to help the underpriviledged will come from ? I have an idea which she can summit to her own government, since she seems to be american: I don't want to offense her but for the past 60 years her country was and still is the initiator of all WMD (weapons of mass destruction) which mankind possess actually (65 to 70% of those armaments are Made in USA). For 2010, N-PiPO (Obama) has still increased the US defense(!!!) budget. Dear lady, if we really wanted we could easely find immediatly one trillion $ (1000 billions) for the underdevelopped countries. Have-you heard anyone in Copnhagen say something about that money !!!. Sorry Future Geneations. Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin PS: N=Nobel PIPO= french joke meaning: talking to say nothing and do nothing.

I forgot to tell Bianca that he self-destruction industry and wars' money could also help all those decent americans who have lost their homes or their jobs. It is a matter of priorities. In a supposed to be democracy, the majority deceide the importance's order of priorities; is not it ! Jean-Claude Meslin who had lived during 21 years in your beautifull North-West.
