Kids will be kids....but there are nuns and monks who should not be there in the church because of their own attitudes and motives that are not in par with the church´s teachings.

The nuns take their frustrations out on the kids. All of the horror stories you've heard about finding dead babies inside of convent walls are evidently TRUE. This school needs to be bull dozed just to see what's inside their walls. These people are SICK.

You don't mess with nuns. I wasn't Catholic or Orthodox when I was a child but I heard from friends who went to those schools. Nuns definitely believed in corporal punishment for their students. The nuns I met from a nearby convent were nice at first, but they didn't take any foolishness from little kids. I don't have a problem with some corporal punishment of students, but on the other hand, 30-40 lashes with a belt sounds extreme.
