Car blast rocks Moscow

A car exploded in central Moscow early on Monday morning, smashing windows in nearby apartments. Police say the blast was equivalent to 200 grams of TNT.
According to reports, an explosive device was fixed under the car which was parked near an apartment building on Vorontsovskaya street. The explosion happened at 8.25 AM.
The shock wave smashed windows from the first to the sixth floor of the eight-storey block.
Investigators are at the scene.
