With teenage pregnancy on the rise in the Eastern European state of Bulgaria, orphanages say more children are being abandoned by young parents.

Thats first a problem of bad ledership but this summer can be changed, elections not far. Of the oter side i think lots of those childrens are born from poor etnicals in Bulgaria! The world is changing, i hope for a better time!
