Britain could start seeing blackouts as early as 2016 if building new power capacity is not started immediately. But the government’s plans to build new atomic power stations are being thwarted by safety fears.

Bradwell is not to be 'brought back on line'. It is being decommissioned. It will NEVER start again. What you are talking about is the potential building of a new power station next to the existing one.

If Gordon Brown and his corrupt chronies dont get off their lead laden butt and start acting like a Government instead of a banana rebuplic junta it will be 2016 before they think about making a decision about to have for breakfast let alone important issues like power supplies.
