Thailand urges Russia and US to sort out Bout’s case

Alleged Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout will not be extradited from Thailand to the United States until at least October 4, his lawyer has said.

so in the end those bags of dirt are taking him still ... Nicolas should step in and say that their superiors made decision to free him... what a bs. How about doing something like that to yanks ? Make up the case and see how powerless are they.
