Third party candidates in the 2008 election had a pretty miniscule impact in the US election worse than 2000 and 2004 (I think) only gathering combined vote of 1623550 out of 131070005. The US public seems to be smitten by the mass media. I understand why they would vote for a main stream politician promoted by the media but why John McCain who more than anyone supported 2 things most American do not support the war in Iraq and a possible war in Iran and mass illegal immigration into the US supporting the amnesty bill.

Ron Paul and Rand Paul are common sense people that just infuriates the mass media moguls and the skull and bones crowd. I love it, anything that gives them an itch they can't scratch, is fine with me. I voted for Ron Paul, the reason Obama was too good to true. And after selecting the same people Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner to oversee the the FED. Obama proved it.
