President Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the Russian Interior Minister to investigate who was behind the deadly blast in the capital of the republic of Ingushetia which claimed 20 lives.
Like President of Russia said, this could have been prevented. Americans have simular issues. That is why Americans under contested political and congressional in-fighting legislated Department of Homeland Security. One FBI counter-intelligence expert said in this hearing -- it is hard to tranfer intelligence/reports between 8 levels of un-sysncronized govnment agencies. The insurgents/radicals/multitypes must have already attached 50-100 American public facilities internationallly. Some attacks are hidden secret from the world media for obvious reasons. What Russian seems to have on their side is the open and free RT transmission channels by internet. American media (so called private bed-fellows) would have been ordered by government to "shut up" and show nothing of the issue at hand. The more I have oppertunity to view RT, I realize in many ways, there is more freedom of press and media in Russia, than in the US. Peace.
More and more the world is quickly becomming unsafe for all humanity. Where did mankind go wrong to end up with these desperate times? My heart goes out to the innocent who get caught up in the middle of these tragedies.
I think the president and prime minister FSB and other law enforcement and intelligence agencies should be looking at their disgruntled neighbor just south of the border. I mean I firmly believe there is some Georgian involvement in all these bombings and cold blooded murders. Perhaps it’s time to go back to Georgia and get Saakashvili out. Present the evidence and bring charges of war crimes and supporting terrorism inside of Russia’s border. I am sure the hand of Georgia’s criminal government is behind this. Maybe as a way to retaliate for loosing the war last summer.
When is Russia finally going to admit or mention that foreign powers and western intelligence are training, financing and handling there PR, looby groups, etc just like they doid in Yugoslavia? The fact that they run and operate the biigest international terrorist training camp in Georgia when they moved there operations from Afghanistan in 2003 including the guy seen in the CNN video making chemical weapons is not even mentioned or referenced by Russia. Why doesn't RT interview Paul Murphy or Robert Bruce Ware or even your own Peter Levelle who are a handfull of people to actually visit the region during the entire 90's and keep tabs on terrrorism there?

Prayers being said that Yevkurov catches the malefactors quickly.
