Improving relations with the US means opening concentration camps , torturing illigally held prisoners , having judges who confirm these illegalities , controlling the media ( see Georgia ) and , above all, establishing american bases and missiles against their fanciful excuse of "TERRORISM " . Are the Serbs such simple people ?

The word Terrorism is just a synonymy for the word Communism, Fascism.... It is the new enemy of the USA just like Communism and Russia were about 20 years ago. Just to let you know the Americans have already made a base in Kosovo the biggest UN base in the world its called Bon-steel, so there agenda is to protect this base and have it at their disposal. Other then that from what I can see Kosovo has no major geographic or ecnomic advantages that the US would be interested in. I will tell you for a fact the Serbian people will never let America into their country that easy. After they tore up a great country of Yugoslavia in the early 90's since they saw it as a threat due to the fact that it had socialist policies and good capitalistic implications and it was working, and in the mean time the Yugoslav army was a source of power. They were self sufficient and produced tanks artillery etc.. by the company Zastava, it was a problem for them. As well Serbia has tried the path of ignoring the US and that has not worked for them they realize they need to be on better terms with the Americans in the end they are still a global power with influence. I just hope they take extreme precautionary measures when dealing with them in the near future.

Triste - you know what it means to be American these days. But I think the Serbs are actually very clever, what better to do, than get up real close to the enemy, so close you can do anything you want. Far away, you have little impact, upclose with a knife, its easy to disenbowel a foe!

The main reason why US administration is sending this prooved anti-Serb and pro-moslem-Albanian politician is that US is woried/scared by strenghteen of Russian-Serb relationns and Russian influence on Balkans. Biden can only offer cowboy threats, while Russia is investing money and creating jobs for better future of people on Balkans. Only thing what Biden can do now is to help Albanians by protecting their drug business from Interpol. Afghanistan(under US military boot) is the biggest producer of opium and heroin in the world. Kosovo(under US military boot) is the biggest distributor of Afghan heroin in the world. Whenn Kosovo declared independence, AFghan was the first country that reckognize it. Biggest producer reckognized the biggest distributor of drugs. Everything under US official protection.

The NATO {US,Holland, etc} war against Serbia was well prepared and successful in its aims.Excellent Communication {I still keep a video with 20 lies from "truthful" BBC f. e.: The convoi with aide from Greece to both parties in Serbtska Kossova with a Medicins Sans Frontiers sign and a greek flag in front..."French bring Aid" to Kossovo! and the greek counterpart wasexclude from the Noble Price {greek doctors were excluded..}}.GAINS: 1.- Russia was ousted from the Balkans.2.- Serbia {Zastava} 4th weapons exporting country to Africa with first the USA was put out of this lucrativ commerce.3.- Serbia could have become a leader in the Balkans and open the door to Russains. A very good job with refieneries, car plansts chemical plants bridges, roads, TV building destroyed, the Chinese Ambassy, with Chine going strong in Africa, brains immigrating to US etc.4.- Another show for American Weapons 5.- Reassuring the leadership in NATO. 2.000 dead previously in Kosovo were toped up with 4.000 humanitarian deads more "No big deal" The same pattern in the oil rich Aegian Archipelagos: They put down the owner and give his property {uranium etc} to someone else who would be happy to share with the pimp {US}.

You have no right to talk that way about Serbia. Serbia was defeated during and after NATO aggression ten years ago. Our defeat comes from simple fact that we had to battle against whole NATO and we didn't have a single ally in the world. Yes there were countries like Russia and Kina that verbally supported "peaceful solution" but essentially we were left alone to fight them all. The main reason why Milosevic lost elections and why do we have have current pro-western goverment is that the period of our resistance showed up that USA and NATO showed that they are willing to use any kind of force that is necessary to bring unfriendly governments and countries on their knees. And at the same time there is absolutely no country on the world that is ready to stand with us to oppose them. Most of the Serbs I know hate USA and hope that Russia will rise back again. Also, as far as I know protests were forbidden during the Biden visit.

Coming from a Serb, i trust Russians no more then i can throw them. They gave up on us and sold us out at the worst time in our recent history. If it were up to me, i would completely turn my back on them and finally shut them out of southeast Europe. Let them contemplate the ramifications of their cowardly behaviour while their only ally in the Balkans was fighting its mortal enemy. That is no way to support your allies. And by the way, i am in no way supporter of US or EU policy, and align myself with most of my nation's sentiments that Tadic is an inept leader.

I played the Russian hymn at max stereo power during the Belgrade news yesterday informing about Jozef (Goebels) Bayden visiting the crime scene with our weak president Tadic. I did feel good for a short time while doing that, but the sad fact remains. We were let down by Russia. Nato, enemy of Russia bombed us into submision, and Russians didnt move a finger. Why big brother? Are we brothers at all? What can we expect from you in the future if this was all you did: nothing. Not one s-300 system at our disposal, while under attack by whole western aliance. I will never vote for entering Nato and European union, nore will I forget about Russian betrayal at the darkest hour. That will remain in history, the way you behaved towards your only ally in Nato Europe.

The ppl in Serbia have become indifferent from all the horrors that has happend to us in last 50 years, from the rise of communism and Tito to the ocupation of Kosovo. People got no more energy to do anything. Mass media is complitly controled by west, gowerment is pro western, and it got there by scaring people that 90 would return to the horrors of the 90' when we where against whole western world, alone. With the country divided and with the pressure to divide it more (separatists backed by west are now set on taking Vojvodina) and a "Non goverment organisations" behing every corner spilling poison all over the population with no one to stop them, no good is going to happen. We even got a political party in Serbian parlament, LDP, that is openly supporting albanian in Kosovo, and is for giving them 15% of Serbia, that how much power the west and Nato have is Serbia. If the Russia does not take more active roll in Serbia, they will lose support in our country permanently.

I am a serb and I dont trust USA at all, they have bombed us and been towards us alomst the whole our history. I dont see a reason why to come closer with USA its definitely no use. Serbia doesnt need USA, even if our country is on the edge of dying out, we dont need their help. Russia at the other hand, has always been in my heart and probably will always be. Even though they havent helped us in all possible situationes (wich is almost impossible, and I understand that), they have at least always supported us. What good has USA gave us ? As one serb said some days ago, "I will rather eat Russian s**t, than American pie"
