Berlin police have released two Russian men who were being held for questioning after concerns were raised that they could have been planning to hijack a Moscow-bound jet.

Since when was a pilot's licence a dangerous thing? This story did not specify what was said, and if the woman spoke Russian (if that what the men were speaking ). The really dangerous thing about this incident is that it sounds like a wild imagination running loose. Terrorism often creates paranoia!!

Yes the wild imagination is the right word here but the German police did the right thing. They had to act and once the claim was proven wrong then the men were released. Well the man were also sober and did not carry any weapons with them. Yes, it would interesting to know if the woman in question spoke Russian. This type of bizarre accusations is common in the U.S. but often the target of this type of humiliating false flags are directed at brown skinned Arab/Muslim looking men. The German authority had to act once an allegation was made against these men.
