The whole community stating Carbon as being a cause of global warming have more credentials in politics than in science. Lets just say Carbon was the culprit and ignore the scam of Carbon Taxes which is a money making scam because you can tax breathing let alone just about every activity. These people who want this and state human activity is the cause of global warming, are the political leaders of the world who in fact own corporate jets, many cars, and the business themselves likely have wastes and "Carbon Footprints". However, they are more concerned with making money and having power separating themselves, whom are in control, with those they control. It is probably one of the biggest scams in human history that is unfolding before our eyes. However, mankind does have impact on the environment, but these movements have been hijacked. Pollution and harsh chemical pollution kill life and/or damage health of organisms. The effects are felt everywhere as the pollutants seep into water streams and are also consumed from one animal into another. Wars also pollute with Depleted Uranium being sprinkled about as they explode into dust and irradiate the lands causing numerous birth defects and cancer outbreaks. However, the idea that man commands the temperature is like the idea man can command the waves in the ocean. He can build concrete barriers, but in the end nature wins. Real environmentalism is a good thing, but scams like mercury filled last 8 year fluorescent light bulbs are terrible. What about their carbon footprint of that huge plastic base. Not to mention again the mercury and gas filled bulb that usually explodes out a ball of poison after 1 week to a few months of use. Also, eye strain will increase under the poor light travel of fluorescents. Idiots are running the programs and they are usually so new coffers can't make money at the people's expense. People need to be aware, but unfortunately society is more passive than ever.
