Concerns have been raised over the fate of the crew onboard the controversial Arctic Sea merchant vessel. The ship is running out of fuel and drinking water and is still unable to dock in the Canary Islands.
"Sensationalism of every kind is substituted for reporting, and speculation is the bread and butter what passes for analysis" If you look at the mainstream western media you'll notice the same thing - disinformation you have to dig for the truth. It isn't pretty for "either side"

Games, games, games... Malta owns the ship, even though the ship operator is bankrupt. It is strange that it does not want to receive its ship. It is nothing but games. All is being readied to figure out how to milk the most out of this silly situation at Russia's expense. It is strange that the ship travelled to the destination, with the expectation of everyone, including press boarding it, and then the autorities changed their mind? No, that was on purpose. They let Russia believe that everything was in order. And Maltese Government was all along in the contact with Russian Government; you would think they would say something. Naturally, and the sensationalist, yellow journalism helps keep the saga going. It is just as good as the Octo Mom! Russian media has a serious weakness when it comes to serious reporting and analysis. Sensationalism of every kind is substituted for reporting, and speculation is the bread and butter what passes for analysis. The sorry story of this ship, its simple, and not so sexy truth, became victim of the headline grabbing fortune hunters. Oh, what would those do for being quoted by the Western media!
