Al-Qaeda must be looking for soft spots in the Russian Federation. Is Russia capable of dealing with these threats? Russia is so vulnerable because their population consists of millions of muslims. Looks like Russia will have to walk a fine line to keep from offending their Muslem citizens, otherwise, a race/religious civil war can occur.
