First, what the British say on warfare is pretty irrelevent, they still think they are driving around Northern Ireland beating up and killing Catholics in snatch landrovers. Not something that works in Afghanistan. The US is right to ignore them. Ignoring the fact that the Afghan war is just an illegal US and NATO empire building move. What the interviewee said was spot on, in military terms, they should have bombed it and moved on. It didn't happen, partly because the Europeans wanted the US to get bogged down, so did their hypnotism and persuaded the US to be on the ground, get stuck in, hold territory, not a proper war unless you have troops on the ground, rebuild nations. Coupled with the fact that the US wanted to occupy anyway for strategic bases. It was a willing hypnotism. So now you have an illegal invasion, a puppet government and a military quagmire. From a Russian perspective, this is a gift! Thankyou, its unexpected, given the historical lessons that are there for everyone to read. However, it's a gift all the same. Now what will be interesting, is to see, will the US go all the way to break the curse, can they rewrite history in Afghanistan, can they be persuaded to go all out, chuck evrything in, if they do and win it will be a huge proud moment for them, if they lose a disaster, but for us, it doesn't matter either way, as long as they expend resources and their hands are kept busy. We even get a bonus, the terrorism eminating from these states was our big problem, but now the US is helping solve that as well, and for the pleasure of doing the job, the US is more and more hated in the world. I tell you, can you really ask for more. I thought they had a suicide problem within the army, it seems they have one within the whole US administartion.
