What does it mean that this young oligarch collects arts? What is the relationship between the art object and this oligarch who acquire these art objects? Does he know what these art objects stand for? Was not recently fleeced for lot of money for a fake sculpture? We know that Vladimir Putin can actually make art, can this oligarchy can make art? There is something sad about ten of so oligarchs who were able to steal Russia’s national wealth after the collapse of the Soviet Union. No matter how rich they are we know the source of their wealth. So no matter how much ‘art’ this oligarch accumulates, he will never know the art experience in the sense of love for art.
